Week 2-2: Still feel like death
Let me make this clear: I HATE BEING SICK! HATE HATE HATE IT! I fee like death and my sinuses are on fire and I've gone through a box and a half of tissues in one day. Please someone come and cut my nose off. K, thanks.
Found your blog from "Not High Maintenance, Just High Mileage" and wanted to say hi! The triathalon thing has always intrigued me! I do the running and the biking already but have never attempted any distance swimming. Maybe that's something new I should consider? I hope you feel better very soon!
Hi Tasha, I know where you are coming from with being intrigued by triathlons. I was so curious and had decided to try a 5K and from that it morphed into me doing a sprint triathlon. There is so much information out there about doing your first triathlon. Check out www.beginnertriathlete.com. That's where I first started finding my workout information. As far as the swimming goes, I'm not sure if you are a member of a YMCA, but they typically have masters swim programs for adults that help you to improve your swimming endurance. Let me know if you ever have quesitons! I'll be happy to lend any advice I can.
